Meditation is an adventure to the inner spaces of the self. It’s about discovering the part of yourself that is bold, beautiful, quiet and certain. The place within that reveals the answers before you even ask the question.

Meditation is an exciting journey towards personal growth, inner balance, enhanced vitality, relaxation, stress relief and health and well being. It can allow you to plug in to the source of your creativity and playfulness.

We offer a monthly reflect and rest meditation circle. It is a chance for you to feast on fulfilment and tune back into that raw real emotional connection to the most important person in the solar system (yep, that’s you ). It’s also a great way to keep coming back to a meditation practice as sometimes our personal practice can dwindle at times.

We aim to make meditation an engaging and wonderful experience no matter what level you in your practice you are currently at. Our style of meditation can really help assist those “wandering busy minds” find a calm focus.

We offer an engaging  enjoyable guided meditation all about establishing connection to your inner self. It’s full of relaxation, stress relief, overcoming overwhelm, self discovery and fun.


We hold them monthly on a Tuesday evening from 7:45pm – 8:45pm.

They are all about Rest and Relaxation, Personal Growth and Managing Stress

Meet your Teacher: Larissa is a qualified registered Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her love for meditation blossomed over 15 years ago after it became a key ingredient to accelerate the healing process after a life saving 8 hour operation she had in 2003. Her surgeon called her “The Miracle Girl” as her physical body healed so quickly from this major surgery.

She now share’s the wisdom of her learnings with the world in order to teach others the important lessons of self care, self connection and managing stress before it turns to emotional and physical burnout or illness.

Additionally to teaching yoga and meditation, she is currently studying the mind body holistic therapy of Kinesiology and is a qualified Life Coach with an abundant following of clients.
