Sweet 16 Pranayama to Quieten Busy Minds

Tiny Tip of the Week: Sweet 16 Breathing Technique to Quieten your Racing Mind

Does your mind sometimes feel like it’s doing laps of the Formula 1 Track? Perhaps your thoughts are as crazy as the dog lady in Something about Mary!

Do you try and meditate but just can’t seem to ever calm your mind down.

You’re not alone. This weeks tip is ridiculously easy yet mountainous in it’s results. Try it:

  1. Breathe in for a count of 4
  2. Hold for a count of 4
  3. Breath out for a count of 4
  4. Hold for a count of 4

I know you’re not imbecile, so I don’t have to tell you to never try this whilst driving, operating heavy machinery or whilst you’re immersed in water.

If you enjoyed learning this, then don’t be a stranger. Every week I share one of these bad boys (movies) to help you live more abundantly in mind and body, releasing stress, so you can get on with what you most love in life.

Would you like to meditate but don’t have a lot of time?
