Hi I'm Larissa, I'll be your Meditation Guide

My Meditation journey began over 20 years ago. I was a young business owner with a bustling social life and to say I burned the candle at both ends was an understatement.

I was often sick, stressed but didn't know it and an emotional wreck. Meditation became my anchor, my stabilising and balancing force. It helped me through some of the toughest experiences of my life including major surgery for having a tumour in my head and multiple miscarriages. 

I have been teaching yoga for a decade and took additional studies for meditation teaching with the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness. I'm also a Kinesiologist and Life Coach, so you're in great hands.

I can't wait to share these transformative practices with you in my Beyond the Noise Meditation Workshop.
