Our focus for this course is gentle yoga and gentle movement. It's all about bringing your body and body back into alignment and connection with each other. Our focus is also balancing the nervous system for stress reduction and better sleep and wellbeing.
You may find hatha yoga, yin yoga and restorative yoga classes within this course. Take what you need and enjoy.
Larissa has been teaching group classes for over 15 years and worked alongside physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. Please ensure you gain medical clearance if you are unsure if you can participate in physical activity.

I needed to do this as I'd lost motivation, I actually felt unhealthy and needed to lose weight.
