There comes a time in every woman's life when she has to stand up and say "enough is enough".

And that's the day when you decide to change your life for the better by choosing to be in better health, so you can feel more alive each day and be a better mum, partner or even boss.

I know exactly what it's like. Before I decided my health was my wealth and feeling energised and alive each day was a better way to live than counting calories or focusing on the scales, I would try every diet that was advertised. Just to name a few, Weight Watchers (I actually worked there), the Atkins diet, shake diets, the damn soup diet!

The problem was, I thought I was serious about being in better health but I really wasn't. All the charges on my VISA statement made it look like I was but I'd commit for a while and then it would fizzle out.

Then something happened that rocked me to my core.......

One day it seemed like everything was totally fine. I was running my own business, had a new car and thought I had my life sorted.

I woke up, went to work and came home. Then I had a coughing fit. The pressure from coughing left me not being able to see out of my left eye. Everything was blurry, like I was looking through a smashed window. 

I went to the Dr and suddenly without warning, after an MRI, I was diagnosed with having a massive tumour in my head.

I can't even  begin to tell you how being told this news shocked me. It was the proverbial wake up call i needed because I suddenly realised I had to make my health a real priority or I could end up being a statistic. Who wants that?

Things got serious quick. I stopped messing around. I had to stop dabbling when it came to my health and instead, commit to getting real results, feeling energised, clear and living with an inner spark. 

It wasn’t always easy. I quickly found out the learning curve is steep when you’re trying to move out of a diet mindset and into a mindset where you actually want yourself to be in the best shape ever, to live with energy, self love and vitality. 

Believe me, I know what its like to struggle with your weight and with your health.

But once I discovered  the path to true health and vitality, nothing would stop me. 

Health isn't just how much you weigh on the scales. It's so much more.  I've now helped thousands of women discover the true path to abundant health and wellbeing.

How long do I have to finish the program

You have as long as you need. Once you enrol, you have lifetime access to this course. It will be delivered to you over a few weeks, to make it easier for you to go through but you can take your time.

Once I sign up how do I get access

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with your log in detail. Click on the link and log in with your email address and the password you were given. You can change the password once you're in.

Will I lose weight or reduce my body fat?

If that is one of your goals then absolutely yes you most likely notice a shift for the better with your weight. If your goal is not to lose weight and instead focus on being more healthy then you may choose to take the upper end of the food portion sizes. 

My focus for you is health, and reducing body fat can do wonders for your health, but I don't want the scale to be your one and only focus. My wish for you is that you get out of a diet mindset and into a self love and self nourishment mindset.

What type of Yoga is in the program?

Our focus for this course is gentle yoga and gentle movement. It's all about bringing your body and body back into alignment and connection with each other. Our focus is also balancing the nervous system for stress reduction and better sleep and wellbeing. 

You may find hatha yoga, yin yoga and restorative yoga classes within this course. Take what you need and enjoy.

Larissa has been teaching group classes for over 15 years and worked alongside physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. Please ensure you gain medical clearance if you are unsure if you can participate in physical activity. 

Is there an app I can download?

Does the Meal guide cater for special dietary requirements?

It sure does. Although if you have any specific illnesses it's important to see a health professional with assistance with your dietary intake. 

The eating guide is flexible and has gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. It's all about wholefoods, so you're going to love it and feel better in no time. 

The eating guide is just that: A guide. You are the master of your own food intake. Your body know's what it wants and needs, it's up to you to truely listen to the signs and signals of your body. You've got this!
