What's included in this Retreat

We start by shaking off scattered and stressful energy with a simple yet powerful practice you can start to adopt in your daily life.
Practice the art of mindfulness for a meaningful life. You will learn calming breathing techniques to bring your nervous system into balance.
Enjoy the power of stillness with a yin and restorative yoga practice. Descend towards the comfort of the warmth of your heart. We use blankets, bolsters and props to support the mind and body into a state of healing and letting go.
As we move down further into ourselves It's time for a guided deep relaxation.  Time just for you. Once we've finished, to gain a sense of re-grounding we will enjoy some light refreshments including tea and sweet vegan treats.

 This powerful mind body balancing morning mini retreat is safe place to come up for air, bring your nervous system back in to balance and reset the stress into calm. 

Emerge feeling light yet grounded, connected to your self and peacefully pleasant ready to truly live and not just survive the day.

  • Sunday 21st August 9:30am – 12pm
  • Cost: $45 Includes morning tea

Where: The Everyday Inspiration Studio. 276 -278 Red Gum Rd New Beith - A place healing and a place for growth.

I know what it's like to feel like you're drowning in a sea of stress. Slowly your inner spark fades away. This was me 20 years ago before I understood the importance of having your own stress management plan or I'd rather call it your weekly relaxation plan. 

For over 15 yeas now I've worked in the wellness industry helping busy women out of autopilot and overwhelm, create more calm, self connection and live the nourishing life they love.

 I'm a qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Kinesiologist and Life Coach and I believe my purpose is to help women reconnect with their inner calling and be led by their souls guidance, instead of their self imposed limitations.  Stress and unresolved trauma drowns out and interferes with the souls guiding light. It's time to shake that stress for a more fulfilling, purposeful, soul-led life. Join us.
