Hi I am Larissa Halls and this is my studio at New Beith. The studio is nurturing, calm, and cosy so I can build a sense of trust, friendship and community whilst knowing and understanding every participants current health status, goals for practicing and experience levels.
I have been teaching classes for over 15 years, worked alongside physiotherapists and run multi million dollar health and fitness facilities. You are in great hands. I look forward to meeting you soon. Classes and one on one yoga available.

I joined yoga with Larissa 6 years ago. I joined because it was close to home but my main reason for staying is feeling loved, supported and empowered. I joined yoga with Larissa 6 years ago. I joined for flexibility, strength and agility. Larissa really gets us to zone in on what muscles we should be using in each pose, gets our heart rate up and makes us laugh. She always encourages us to work within our own individual limits and strengths.
Since practicing yoga little things don’t bother me anymore. I feel more relaxed, have more self-confidence, my posture is better and feel physically stronger. I am aware of how my body feels throughout the day. I can’t put my finger on it but yoga has changed my life in so many ways. It’s equally beneficial for the mind as it is for the body.
