Hi I am Larissa Halls I have been teaching group classes for nearly 20 years, and exclusively yoga for 10. I’ve worked alongside physiotherapists in injury rehab and run multi million dollar health and fitness facilities. You are in great hands.
By continuous request and popular demand I (finally) decided to bring my classes online and livestream them via zoom. Research show’s we’re 200% more likely to show up for ourselves if we’ve made a booking and are expected to show up (even online).

YOUR YOGA CLASS MUST HAVES
I joined yoga with Larissa 8 years ago. I joined for flexibility, strength and agility. Larissa really gets us to zone in on what muscles we should be using in each pose, gets our heart rate up and makes us laugh. She always encourages us to work within our own individual limits and strengths.Since practicing yoga little things don’t bother me anymore. I feel more relaxed, have more self-confidence, my posture is better and feel physically stronger. I am aware of how my body feels throughout the day. I can’t put my finger on it but yoga has changed my life in so many ways. It’s equally beneficial for the mind as it is for the body.

What Happens when you Book
- Change the timezone at the top of the Calendar so classes are shown in your current timezone.
- Once you’ve booked your class below (you can use your email address or redeem code to redeem purchased passes), you will immediately get sent an email with a zoom link to join the class.
- You’ll need to have zoom downloaded on your phone, tablet or laptop. Click HERE to go to Zoom.
Please make sure your confirmation email isn’t in your junk, spam or other inbox and ensure you check in plenty of time before the class starts. You’ll be joining a live class so I’ll be greeting face to face participants, as well as welcoming online participants which means I won’t be able to resend zoom links before class.
If you need to reschedule your class you can do this by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. It’s easy.
Set up your yoga mat and have a yoga block and belt handy too. You may also choose to wear wireless earphones to hear me a little easier.
