So many of us busy ourselves to avoid the grips of emotional pains inner spurs. We forget that pain can be our saviour, our intersection to a new beginning or rebirth.
This was written to give you hope and understanding.
To let you know that you are not alone, and although sometimes you do need to walk alone through your pain, others are there to walk beside you.
This was quite the journey for me writing this as I had to delve deep into the inner depths and grips of my own pain. I needed to get honest about the lose frayed edges I felt from pain I thought I’d processed and sew the edges together to bring myself back to healing and understanding.
I found myself, whilst listening with tears of release gently rolling down my cheeks, my spirit working relentlessly to hold my heart while it gently mended itself.
Be kind to yourself, take the time to heal and if you feel you need a guiding light, or a soft and gentle hand to guide you though your pain then please practice self care and gain the professional help you may need.
I always tell my clients and students if they need to cry: “Do you hold back your laughter, why hold back the beautiful release of tears. Better out than in!”
