This was one of the most exciting discoveries I came across about 9 years ago.

How to Live Longer, Happier and Healthier.

This is not hype, fluff or exaggeration, but instead groundbreaking research discovering  the healthiest, longest-lived people on earth. The National Geographic team and Dan Buettner worked with a team of demographers to find pockets of people around the world with the highest life expectancy, or with the highest proportions of people who reach age 100.

I love this because the approach is so holistic and their really isn’t ONLY 1 thing that contributes to a persons health and wellbeing. We are multifaceted beings, and to keep our Minds, Body’s and Energy System Flourishing and our experience of life deeply nourishing it is a combination of life ingredients,

I love them all but number 2 had such an impact on my life when I changed my life to be more connected to my own sense of meaning and purpose and I help my clients every single week to reconnect to their own sense of purpose, and their whole LIFE CHANGES!!!
