I’m a reformed yoga hater! There. I said it! I used to hate yoga! I found it boring, hard and thought it was pointless! Until, my trusty (sometimes slightly annoying) intuition kept drawing me back to yoga and I ended up using yoga to rehabilitate a knee and back injury I sustained in an incident.  Then I got yoga!

A yoga newbie asked me this week: Why is yoga so hard?
